Policies & Ordering Information
At To A Tee Designs, our goal is to make ordering custom apparel and products as easy and straightforward as possible. Because every project is a little different, the policies below help set clear expectations and keep orders moving smoothly from quote to delivery.
If your project has unusual requirements or you have questions about any of these policies, just ask. We’re happy to talk through the best option for your order.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. After that time, pricing may change based on garment, material, supplier, or production costs.
An order is considered approved once the artwork and order details have been finalized and approved by the customer.
Most orders require a minimum 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due at pickup or before delivery or shipment. Some orders may require payment in full before production depending on the project.
Invoices are sent electronically and include an online payment link. Local customers may also arrange to pay in person.
Established businesses, schools, government entities, nonprofits, and other professional clients may qualify for purchase orders or approved payment terms. Net 30 through Net 90 terms require prior approval from a To A Tee Designs account manager.
Changes to quantities, garments, artwork, print locations, personalization, or other specifications after approval may affect pricing and turnaround time.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins; however, costs already incurred are nonrefundable. These may include garments, specialty materials, artwork or design work, setup costs, shipping, or other project-specific expenses.
Once production has begun, custom orders are generally considered final and nonrefundable.
If an order paid by deposit is cancelled, any remaining deposit balance will be reviewed after completed work and nonrefundable expenses have been deducted.
Rush fees are nonrefundable once expedited scheduling or production planning has begun, except when To A Tee Designs is unable to meet an accepted rush deadline due to an error or delay within our control.
We review each project to make sure the requested product, artwork, decoration method, timeline, and materials are a good fit for our production capabilities.
To A Tee Designs reserves the right to decline a project that we determine cannot be completed safely, legally, appropriately, or to our normal quality standards.
If a concern is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss available alternatives whenever possible.
